Rhianne Taylor

British Artist-Historian & Founder

As a British Artist-Historian with 15 years of life in Italy, I've spent over a decade uncovering the "how" and "why" behind the world's most iconic art. My connection to Florence truly began in 2009 while working at the Duomo, but I soon realised that the real story of the city is told in the hidden workshops where tradition is still a living, breathing practice.

As I am a practicing artist, I’ve crafted this week to bridge the gap between you and the great masters, turning complex technical secrets into an effortless, hands-on journey. I can't wait to guide you as you step behind the scenes of the Renaissance and bring your own pieces of Florentine history to life.

The Hotel

We will be staying at our favorite 4-star hotel in Florence. Its central location allows us to walk to and from all of our workshops with ease, yet it is tucked just far enough off the main circuit to offer a true oasis for recharging after a day of creating.

Private Comfort

Private Comfort: Each participant enjoys their own private double room with an en-suite bathroom and daily breakfast included.

The View

The View: You will have full access to the hotel's stunning rooftop, which boasts spectacular panoramic views over the Florentine skyline.

The Cherry on Top

The Cherry on Top: The hotel features a beautiful rooftop pool that is open year-round and heated in the winter—the perfect place for a sunset soak after a day at the workbench.
